Black Room (formerly Lorraine) have added a few videos shot in the recording studio to their MySpace video section. Below is the clip that features a new song by the band. Would still like to see their fantastic 'Pop Noir' album get a worldwide cd release (it's on iTunes but only out in Japan right now as an actual physical cd, order it here.)

LOVING AUSTRALIAN DUO 'TIM AND JEAN' AND THEIR SONG 'COME AROUND':




Coming from Australia is teenage electro-pop duo Tim & Jean, Tim Ayer and Jean Capotorto. They have two demos on their MySpace site, the amazing 'Come Around' and 'Like What?'. Someone sign these guys! Jean also has a MySpace site with samples of songs he has recorded under the name 'The Jeanius'. The band doesn't appear to have a Twitter page but Jean does here.





Below is a clip of the guys doing an acoustic cover of the Dave Matthews Band 'Crash Into Me', expect big things from these two.

VITAMIN Z 'RITES OF PASSAGE' ALBUM GETS ISSUED ON CD:



After such a long time Sheffield's Vitamin Z see their classic 80's album 'Rites Of Passage' issued on cd in the U.S. Lead singer Geoff Barradale currently manages the Arctic Monkeys among other bands. You can order the cd here.
