SCRITTI POLITTI TO PLAY TORONTO THIS NOVEMBER:

Green Gartside (aka Scritti Politti) will be playing a gig in Toronto on November 6th at the Opera House. Tickets go on sale this Saturday, and I'm guessing it will be a sold-out show. He hasn't toured for over 20 years due to stage fright issues, but recently started playing gigs and has a small tour of North American cities to promote his recently released 'White Bread Black Beer' cd on Nonesuch (tour dates below).

You can see a short clip of Green and his band performing 'Wood Beez' in Japan by clicking here. Looking forward to the show, it will be a nice birthday present.

29th October – Los Angeles Roxy
30th October – Anaheim House Of Blues
1st November – Los Angeles UCLA Royce Hall (with Brian Wilson)
2nd November – San Francisco Slims
4th November – Chicago Double Door
6th November – Toronto Opera House
8th November – Baltimore Sonar
9th November – Philadelphia North Star Bar
10th November – New York Bowery Ballroom
12th November – Boston Paradise
